The 85th Toronto has been a part of the community, and meeting at Runnymede United Church, for nearly 100 years! We strive to bring adventure, fun, social responsibility, and learning to the young people in our 85th family. And it is a family that accepts all. All communities, cultures and beliefs are welcome. Scouting has also been completely co-ed since the mid-90s, and we are accepting no matter how our friends self-identify. Typically most of our sections have about one third girls and young women. We organize camps, work on fun STEM projects, try to be of service to our community, get out in nature and do so much, much, much more. We hope you consider becoming part of the 85th family. Registration opens at the very beginning of September, but we usually fill up fast. 

We have adventures weekly in the neighbourhood or at Runnymede United Church:

Beavers  (age 5-7) meets 6:35 pm to 7:35 pm on Wednesdays 

Cubs (age 8-10) meets 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm Thursdays

Scouts (age 11-14) meets 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm Tuesdays

Venturers (age 15-17) meets 8:00pm Wednesday nights in the North Room

Rovers (age 18-26) meet as they are able to as well as help in other sections​
